How to see the size of the Window like in the video?

In the video about media query, when GUI resize the window, it shows the size while scaling. I'm using Chrome, and how can I set it like that?

So I checked it out, it does not show the screensize when I was resizing the windows.

Click on the Resizer in the tool bar then choose Toggle the resize tooltip.
