How to setup Push Notifications on Android using Parse Server powered by Bitnami on AWS ?

I've managed to setup FCM working, could send push notification from Firebase console to my app, but not phone to phone notifications. Does someone have experience with Parse Server, especially the one on AWS by Bitnamy ?
