How to use SQL INNER JOIN to display Data from three different tables on a report.

Joining Three Tables with Join Queries

Currently, I have tried multiple different ways of joining data from three tables to put them into a report. I have started off by USING the SELECT statements followed by the columns I am selecting from the tables.

However, with the current way I have my Query, It says that my Choice of Model.model_name is an ambiguous column.
