ACCESS by Microsoft Office is for PC only. This could be a good article to get you started, Kayla Flynn : https://www.macworld.co.uk/how-to/mac-software/how-set-up-learn-sql-in-mac-os-x-3638150/

A good start would be to use Microsoft Access. It is very similar to how Excel is set up as it comes with the Microsoft Office bundle. You can create databases and tables and access them just like you access an excel file. Once you start getting used to Microsoft Access you will never use excel again for data keeping purposes.

It should be available for Mac OS when you download Microsoft Office. Let me know if you need help
