How would I keep a Intent session open until user want's to end.

I was wondering how do we keep the Intent session open for users to keep asking questions, until they don't want to anymore.

You'll need to build a more conversational skill service, one where you tell the session not to end. Basically setting the response to include "shouldEndSession": false. You can pass session attributes back to Alexa, who will then re-submit them to the skill services next request.
