how would I run this with out workspaces do I use cmd or Python idle to run the virtual server and django?

I am using pycharm and windows 7 python 3.7

Check out this MDM Doc, great tutorial. I haven't tried it from Windows land and the Win10 should work for Win7, might need some minor tweaks.
