HTML document root
I am having trouble with the challenge where I need to create the HTML document root. I am confused.

the html tags should go just below the doctype tag. the html tags are known as the document root because every part of the website goes inside those tags.
<!DOCTYPE html> <html> </html>

by typing in
you are telling the computer that you are making an HTML file.
Hope this helps.
