I have a list with 38k +/- entries in it and another list with the same amount.. Im looking for a way to match specific entries with ones in the other list ex

[issue, prod, issue, scrap, prod, issue, unissue, unissue] [3.4,5,4,5,4.8,5,5,4.8]

How do i make a new list with only the numbers where the index in the first list says issue?
