2,686 PointsContacted them 3 hours back and now waiting for their reply. I hope they will refund the money so I can start my Monthly subscription. I would be grateful to them if I get my money back.
The thing is I created my account 3 hours back and accidentally subscribed for the Annual Subscription instead of Monthly and there was no confirmation, just the information that my account was charged for $441.
Does anyone here know how long does the support take to process such requests?
