I am a techdegree student and I have not been able to access my slack channel for so long. My access is revoked :(

I sent emails to so many people over the period of last 2 weeks. Ever since I paid for the techdegree program my slack channel is blocked. This is frustrating for me. I am not sure how to contact you guys.
