I am missing the text that should be on my nav menu at the top. How do I add one there?

My theme is missing the text on the menu nav bar. How do I add the text there?

In your html...Find something like 

<nav> 
<ul>
<li class="something">
Text goes here
</li>
</ul>
</nav>
