103 PointsI am not sure what they are asking for when they say to "set the character set"
I am unsure what this refers to
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>UTF-8</head>
<body></body>

That's what the message saying "Bummer! Remember to add a meta tag to the head tag." was hinting. You did put a valid character set identifier in your head area, but it needs to be inside a meta tag as the charset attribute:
<head>
<meta charset="UTF-8">
</head>
