HTML HTML Basics Getting Started with HTML Lists and Links Challenge

I am pretty sure I have completed this correctly? But it won't let me move forward.

<!DOCTYPE html>
    <title>Lists and Links</title>
      <li> <a href="/cakes.html">Cakes</a> </li>
      <li> <a href="/pies.html">Pies</a> </li>
      <li> <a href="/candy.html">Candy</a> </li>

Ok so apparently the challenge prefers that I do not use the forward slash and use only single quote ' not double quote "

Either type of quote is acceptable, but the challenge specifically asked for the links to be established as normal references. Since you don't know how the site is organized, root-relative links might not even function.
