I am stuck trying to add code to an existing website that was built in 2015. Please help! I can only view the code

Unfortunately, if you don't own the website's domain or hosted index.html, you won't be able to edit what people can see if they go on the website. However, if you go onto page source and copy the code into a code editor, then you can add code however you like.
