701 Pointsi am trying to transfer my fils using cyberduck, i have installed cyberduck twice now and it wont work? any help?
cyber duck keeps coming up with the message cyberduck has stopped working and is giving me two options, 1: to use windows to find a solution and close the program, 2: the other option is to just close the program.. i cant move forward from here due to this issue.. any help please

I'm not really familiar with Cyberduck but have you tried a clean install? If that doesn't work you could try FileZilla, works perfect for me!

701 Pointsi have downloaded filezilla but the video doesn't show to transfer files using filezilla therefore i am still unable to progress any help?

22,424 PointsI meant to unistall Cyberduck and try installing it again. If that doesn't work I'm not able to help you when it comes to Cyberduck! If I were you, I'd google something like FileZilla tutorial. There are enough video's out there to explain how that program works!
