I am unable to drop my workspace files into cyberduck.

I am following along with the How to Build a Website course. I have purchased my URL and webhosting. Everything has been running smoothly until it came to dropping my workspace files into cyberduck. I am using windows and have already downloaded them onto my computer. The only issue is that when I drag and drop the files into cyber duck nothing happens.

Are the files unzipped? Is there any other way to add them into cyberduck beside drag and drop?
