CSS jQuery Basics (2014) Creating a Simple Lightbox Perform: Part 3

I am using Chrome Bowser with Workspace, and the CSS styling is not recognized. Checked it on Safari and works.

Do you have the same behavior? I kept checking for syntax errors.

It is the same for me.

Same code as the tutor has, and i do not get the results in neither chrome nor firefox.
