I cannot connect to my server via FileZilla

I correctly entered my information into FileZilla and this message keeps popping up.

Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. Help would be very appreciated!

We'll need more information about your host to troubleshoot this. Certain hosts may have different restrictions on providing the user FTP. For example, DreamHost by default has the FTP user disabled on all domains.
