i cannot find Sites folder on my mac

how to find it? so that i can follow the instructions in the video

You might have to manually create that folder yourself.

I just watched the video "Installing a Local Web Server" in WordPress that was attached to your question and it doesn't talk about a Sites folder in there.

Which video are you seeing the Sites folder in? Also, at what time in the video? Thanks!
