I cannot link to the normalize.css or main.css. is the normalize.css file correct? while do I see red errors in it?

I followed the steps to download the normalize.css and put it in the css folder. I believe my code is exact same as the one in the video but it didn't make any difference. The bulletins didn't disapear. and when I create the main.css. it didn't affect anything either. what could be the issue? Is the normalize.css file correct? why do I see all kinds of red highlights there?

The link isn't working as you have a small spelling error in "stylesheet".

<link rel="stlylesheet" href="css/normalize.css">
<link rel="stlylesheet" href="css/main.css">

I hope that fixes it for you - if not, please let me know.
