I cannot make a payment, and support is not answering.. I really would not like my account to get deleted :/

I'm trying to subscribe and get membership with teamtreehouse, but for some reason it won't bill me, so any solutions? since email support is not answering.

Don't you worry Nenad,

the account does NOT get deleted as far as I know.

One time this happened to me too as payment method wasn't working. The worst thing that can happen is that the account gets closed while you are able to process the payment (after 2/3 times that treehouse has not been able to process the payment), but you will NOT lose your progress.

Pretty weird that they did not answer you, they are normally very fast.. When have you written to them? Which email address?
