I cannot see the initiation of my project created show up in GitHub

I created a new repository in GitHub Desktop and later on, I got an error message that says "The output from the command could not fit into the allocated stdout buffer. Set options.maxBuffer to a larger value than 10485760 bytes" and also I could not find my project initiation on GitHub. I wonder why the error message showed up and I could not find the project initiation on GitHub. Could anyone please tell me why and how to fix it? Thanks.

Though this seems like an older or beta issue, if anyone experiences this problem, it looks like there are some tips on this StackOverflow thread here.
