Python Object-Oriented Python Advanced Objects Proper Properties

I can't figure our what is wrong with this

Why is this not working?

rectangle.py
class Rectangle:
    def __init__(self, width, length):
        self.width = width
        self.length = length

    @property
    def area(self):
        return self.width * self.height

1 Answer

Its not working because you are using different attribute name inside the property. Please change the height inside the property to length and it will work just fine.
