I cant get the drag and drop img files to drag and drop or upload through the file upload way

I tryed finding the answers from others on google but i still cant get my files to upload or drag and drop from my file -The Upload File option does not work either. Clicking File > Upload File does not open any folders on my computer. Upload File doesn't seem to have any reaction when it is clicked on my Windows 8.1 OS.

same problem here i keep trying to drag the images to my workspace but when i do nothing happens they wont upload for some reason and now im stuck and cant keep going =(

I asked support they told me to download from the download tab on the page and I right clicked on the folder with the files an clicked extract all, then I was able to drag and drop
