I can't refresh using my workspace after viewing the results of my work, there is no option to refresh it

Pls. help me if there is other way to refresh it coz it will stuck there in the same image.

You have to refresh the entire page either by clicking the reload button in your browser or pressing CMD + R (Mac) or CTRL +R (Windows).
