I can't select multiple answers for "The title element..." question!!!

I want to select 2 answers for "The title element..." question in this quiz, because 2 are correct, but it won't let me - and keeps telling me my answer is wrong!

That question has 3 individual answers and one "All of the above" answer. Perhaps the latter is the correct answer and all 3 of the others are correct.
