I can't show the tag specified, for example, I want to show ONLY CATS but I don't work

Your code seems to be working, but I think the issue is that the tags are not specific enough in themselves. For example, too many unrelated photos have been tagged "cat" on the service.

Try making your criteria include the word "animal" along with the chosen item:

    var animal = "animal," + $(this).text();
