I can't use this button ( " ) in workspace...?

Why can't I use the ( " ) symbol??

Press the Alt button on your keyboard. Keep on pressing it while your type the numbers 3 and 4. Then lift off your finger from Alt. This will print the quotation mark for you.

So, rememeber Alt 34 is what your need.
