I could not open up the webpage to see the change in webpage. That is step that is missing in this lesson .

I have the two tabs HTML and CSS but I was unable see the webpage and I was unable to interact and with the program.? Can someone give me the steps on how to open up the webpage.

You can rigth click on your html file to choose the browser you want it to open with. If its open and you changed something in your html or css just refresh the page an you will see the diffrence :)
