I did every thing riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight

this keeps saying "Oops! It looks like Task 1 is no longer passing."

while start > 0:
    num = random.randint(1,99)
    if even_odd(num) == False
        print ("{} is odd".format(num))
    else: 
        print ("{} is even".format(num))
    start -= 1

    # If % 2 is 0, the number is even.
    # Since 0 is falsey, we have to invert it with not.

have the while loop go over start

  2. and remember it wants you to have start be falsey, its already falsey so in the if statement you need to fix that with evaluating even_odd with num. dont forget your colon

Yes you did everything correct except for one small syntax error... you forgot a colon after your if statement.
