I didn't understand the "-moz-box-sizing" property...

Maybe it's because my english is not the best, but i didn't understand how the "-moz-box-sizing" property works... Can somebody help me?

Take a look at this video from CSS Basics that also explains box-sizing. This blog post also covers the box-sizing feature in great detail.
