I displayed list items side by side. Exactly what question was. I used display property. Why it doesn't let me pass it

Your error message is : Make sure you're selecting the list items inside '.main-nav'.

In using a comma as a separator .main-nav, li will select all elements with class="main-nav" AND all <li> elements

To select the list items inside '.main-nav' you need to use a space as a separator. See this page for an example
