I do not know what is it that I am doind wrong here.
I attach my code here. I do not understand what "passing the string for formatting means".
<?php echo 'Today is '; //Place your code below this comment echo date('F, d Y'); ?>

You've got all the correct date formats. However, the error does say
"You have not passed the correct string for formatting. Your date SHOULD return: November 29, 2018", which means you didn't pass what the challenge asked for.
Right now your date string will return
November, 29 2018 instead of what is instructed (notice where your comma is and where the comma should be). Challenges are very picky!
Once you fix that up, it will pass.
Nice work! :)
