I do not understand the question.

@app.route('/multiply/<int:num1>/<int:num2>')

def multiply(num1*num2):
  return "{}".format(num1*num2)

This is the code I added. The error "Task 1 does not pass" appears.

You can do that like this:

@app.route("/multiply")
def multiply(num1=5, num2=5):
  #Not updated until later in the challenge.
  return str(5 * 5)
