I do not understand why I keep getting the bummer message "dont forget the head tag"

Hello Travis,

The HTML element is a container element for the head and body sections of your page. Your current structure is flat with no hierarchy. Trying changing what you have to the following format.

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
    <head></head> 
    <body></body>
</html>
