I don't get it..

Add a GetHashCode method to the VocabularyWord class that returns an appropriate hash code.

There's an example of constructing this method (for a different class) in the previous video.

What you need to do here is very similar to what is done towards the end of that video, but slightly simpler because there's only one piece of data this time instead of two to base it on.
