JavaScript Installing and Using Create React App

I dont get the registerServiceWorker.js file after i run the create-react-app command

so i dont get the registerServiceWorker.js file, i tried both with 'npx create-react-app search-app' and 'npm install create-react-app' then 'npm create-react-app search-app'

I think this might have changed with a newer version of create-react-app. I just ran npx create-react-app search-app and it generated a file called serviceWorker.js, instead of registerServiceWorker.js, inside the src/ directory.
