I don't get the result shown on video

Hi after I upload my files with filezilla and I go to my wp domain I just get to the common dashboard It does not ask me for the config file shown on video. I deleted everything on my c-panel and did it again and still get the same result. I am using FATCOW as a server could be that the problem, how can I fix this

Some hosts will automatically set up your config file for you. If you are logged in the WordPress backend then it was already set up for you. You can view and make edits to the file under wp-config.php.
