Glad to here Stian.

I have changed the best answer on this thread though, so that updating the os will show up as best solution ;)

Hello Stian.

This may sound silly but are you definitely sure you don't have it in the utility folder? Maybe it is under a different name if your computer is set to a different language..

I am telling you this because this is the first time that I hear this kind of problem so I had to google it and what came out is no good news: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6505112?start=0&tstart=0

But if I was you I would look at it more carefully or wait for more reliable voices on the forum before following those instructions.

Thanks

Vitto

Hi Stian,

Like Vittorio Somaschini, I haven't come across this issue ever. It seems really weird you don't have a terminal.

  1. Are you the only user using this Mac computer?
  2. Was there a Terminal before and now it's gone? (Or you never checked up until the Sass course?)
  3. Have you looked also inside Finder > Applications?
  4. Do you have a backup from Time Machine? to try and take a look there to see if Terminal was existing?

Let me know.

Which version are you currently on? (Mavericks, Yosemite, El Capitan?)
