Python Python Collections (Retired) Slices Sorting Slices

I don't know what to do for the slice syntax challenge

It says to copy the contents from messy_list to a new variable using slice syntax. I have no idea what they mean they simply typing clean_list = messy_list isn't doing it. Any help?

lists.py
messy_list = [5, 2, 1, 3, 4, 7, 8, 0, 9, -1]

You will need to use the .slice method in Python which takes array index's and 'slices' out the specified area! Take a look at this method online and see if you can get it to work!

Good luck!
