I don't know where am lost

update the sql statement to include the keywords to make sure the serve doesn't error if it already exists

create_db.sql
 CREATE DATABASE movie_db; 'IF NOT EXISTS'

You're close. The semicolon (;) signifies the end of the command so needs to be at the end of that particular line, the database you are trying to create should be the last parameter, and IF NOT EXISTS should not be in any quotes.

CREATE DATABASE IF NOT EXISTS movie_db;
