I dont really like design or art but i feel like i have to learn it for being a dev. Do you have to like it to be good?

In order to make good websites and apps i have to be able to make good logos and animations and stuff to give it life and make it look professional.

Like look at snapchat and all the fancy little icons, logos, and animations it has.

I dont really like the process though, can i still be a cold calculated good logical designer if i dont have passion for it? or do i gotta learn to like it first

You have to design for Usability, you dont have to have flashy designs. You only need designs that works. Nothing great is created without passion, go check out some design courses and if you still dont like it, then dont force yourself.
