PHP Build a Simple PHP Application Wrapping Up The Project Using A Third-Party Library

I don't see any file to download the PHPMailer.

I click on the website to github, i can't find a file name PHP Mauler 5.2.6,but i did found something like 5.8+ but the problem is, it is not a file to download, instead it was some code on the web, it's quite long, can someone help me and send me the link for the download?
