C# ASP.NET MVC Basics Modeling and Presenting Data Adding Repository Methods

I don't thing i understand what i am being asked to do.

I have added a GetVideoGames method that accepts no parameters and returns _videoGames. I am confused as to how i am suppose to assign _videogames a value i think. should there not be logic to figure out which game is being picked? how can i do this without passing in a value? What am i not getting? here's my code. Thanks!

The function body is correct. It will return _videogames but does not assign it any value.

The issue preventing compilation is a type mismatch between the function declaration and the returned item. The _videogames field is an array ("VideoGame[]") but the function shown above is declared to return a single item ("VideoGame").

You currently are not specifying a return type for your GetVideoGames() function.

Take a look at the return type for "_videogames"; it's returning an array "VideoGame[]". Your "GetVideoGames() function needs to have the same return type "VideoGame[]" in order to "return _videogames;".
