I don't understand

I have tried typing str and str.center, and I have seen the review video twicw, and I can't seem to get it, what am I doing wrong?

Are you stuck on the "What to pass into help() to get info about str's upper method" question? it's help(str.upper)

It feels kind of icky to just give the answer, so I'm going to add something.

The reason it's str.upper and not str.upper() is that once you slap the () on the end of a function you're saying DO IT NOW!, and you don't want it to execute str.upper, you just want to give its name to the help function.
