The first question asks you to "select all links in the nav element and assign them to navigationLinks." take a look at the nav element in the HTML, then select all the links by using the query selector all method for the "a" tags inside the nav element.

It says: Bummer! Was expecting 3 links not 8

heres what I changed: let navigationLinks = document.querySelectorAll("a"); let galleryLinks; let footerImages;

Your on the right track, but you need to narrow it down a bit. So its saying you selected 8 a tags but you need only the three in the nav element. try to specify a little deeper declare the element you wish to select from then the sub element you want by using a space ie. "nav a"
