I dont understand the question

Add CSS that will allow all images to fill their parent element. - This is my question and i really don't understand it.

Make img have a max-width and max-height of 100%. Leave the 'li' part off your css. try img { max-width: 100%; max-height:100%; }

While I do agree that it is a bit hard to understand, I believe what you're looking for is the max-width property. Using the selector that would target images within the file, along with the max-width property and the appropriate percentage that would allow use of the full width of the element, we can find a working solution.
