I don't understand why my answer is wrong

Is this correct?

index.html
<!doctype>
<html>
</html>

You need to specify the doctype, like this:

 <!DOCTYPE html>

That should work

Here is a clue - What kind of doctype is it?. Look at other similar pages to find out. :)
