I have a function that nests returns in a conditional statement. What am I doing wrong?

function max (numA, numB) {

if (numA >= numB) { 
  return numA;
} else {
  return numB;
}

Hi Kiara You are missing closing curly bracket for your max function. If you can't pass the challenge after fixing that try changing your condition to check whether one number is greater than the other (not greater or equal to).

function max(a,b) {
  if (a > b) {
    return a;
  } else {
    return b;
  }
}
