I have a idea for a job board

I want to create a job board for my already existing business. I want it to be very interactive and I have different ideas I want to implement. What track should I focus on? I was almost done with the Flask with PeeWee course when the instruction got hard to follow. Then I started the Full stack development course and it was a lot easier to follow. But i'm not sure if this is the most efficient route. Any thoughts?
